In 2019, God prompted me to leave my full-time role at my church, where I had served for over a decade, to step out and build the ministry placed on my heart.
I was scared, unsure, and deeply aware that I was leaving the security of what I knew — but I also knew I was called to serve beyond the walls of the church.
I knew ministry, but I didn't understand how to structure it sustainably. I wasn't trying to "monetize" my faith — I was trying to build a ministry that could support itself without burnout, fear, or compromise.
That's when I decided to invest in coaching, learning, and support so I could better understand the business side of ministry.
Over time, what began as a simple blog grew into a national Christian trauma-healing ministry, reaching women far beyond my local community.
“How did you build a faith-based ministry that actually works?”
That question is why the Women in the Ministry community exists.
Today, I support Christian women who know they're called beyond the walls of the church but don't want to figure it out alone.
