Women in the Ministry Membership Subscription Agreement

This Membership Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Women in the Ministry ("Community") and the individual subscribing to the membership ("Member"). By enrolling in the Community, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership and Benefits

• Membership Benefits: Upon enrolling in the introductory membership at the price of $99 per month, you will receive access to exclusive content, including online courses, group coaching sessions, private events, and other bonuses provided by Women in the Ministry. Membership benefits are contingent upon active subscription status.
• Access to Materials: You will have access to all provided materials and services as long as your membership remains active. Once your membership is terminated, whether by cancellation or any other reason, all access to these materials will be revoked.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment Method: Membership fees are $99 per month, charged on a recurring basis from the date you signed up. Payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
• Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew each month unless canceled. By providing your payment details, you authorize the automatic monthly renewal of your membership.
• Member Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your credit card information is up to date. If your credit card information changes, please contact us at [email protected] to receive instructions on how to update your payment details to avoid potential lapses in membership. Women in the Ministry is not responsible for membership lapses due to outdated credit card information.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the following month, you must provide at least three (3) business days’ notice prior to your next payment date. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the next month, and no refunds will be provided.
• No Refunds: All payments made are non-refundable, including payments made in advance or as part of the automatic renewal process.

3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

• Proprietary Information: All content, materials, recordings, and intellectual property provided through Women in the Ministry are owned by the Community and are protected by copyright laws. These materials are for your personal use only during the term of your membership.
• No Copying or Redistribution: You agree not to copy, distribute, reproduce, or share any proprietary content, courses, or materials provided by Women in the Ministry without prior written consent from the Community.

4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

• Confidential Information: During your membership, you may have access to certain confidential information about the Community and its other members. You agree to keep this information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
• Exceptions: This confidentiality agreement does not apply to information that is publicly available or required by law to be disclosed.

5. Termination of Membership

• Cancellation: Members may cancel their subscription at any time. As noted, three (3) business days’ notice prior to the next scheduled payment is required to avoid charges for the following month.
• Termination by Community: Women in the Ministry reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Community’s resources. Upon termination, you will lose all access to the membership content and resources.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the Community operates.
• Arbitration and Mediation: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party agrees to bear their own costs related to any arbitration.

7. Amendments and Updates

• Changes to the Agreement: Women in the Ministry reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or member communication channels.

By subscribing to Women in the Ministry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
