At Women in the Ministry, we empower Christian women to create ministries and businesses that leave a legacy.  Through our Impact Woman Movement, we foster a community of women who step into their God-given callings to transform lives and build the Kingdom. 

As women of faith, we believe God’s impact reaches far beyond the walls of the church. That’s why we equip women with the spiritual and emotional support they need—while also providing business coaching and resources to help them fulfill their calling and maximize their Kingdom impact.

About the Founder

Rev. Jocelyn J. Jones, a best-selling author, podcast host, and speaker, has gained acclaim for her impactful works. Her books, "Breaking the Power of the Mask" and "Sister, Start Your Ministry," have been widely recognized for their transformative content, paving the way for her to expand her message.

In addition, her Christian podcast, "Faith on the Journey," earned a position among the Top 20 Christian podcasts on Emotional Healing by Feedspot in 2023.

Reverend Jones grew her ministry from a simple blog into a national Christian trauma healing ministry. Now, she is committed to providing women with the coaching and community they need to build transformative ministries beyond the walls of the church.

Dr. Kit Evans-Ford

National Trainer, Spiritual Director, Professor

Dr. Kit Evans-Ford is a passionate national trainer, spiritual director, and professor dedicated to nonviolence, faith, and serving others. With over 14 years of experience in nonviolence education and helping individuals heal from violence, she holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Direction from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary.

She is an Adjunct Professor at St. Ambrose University and the Action Outreach Organizer for Pace e Bene Nonviolence Service, where she leads global peace initiatives. Dr. Kit is also the founder of Argrow’s House of Healing and Hope, a safe space and social enterprise for women healing from abuse.
